On this week’s show…
Asheville’s Highland Brewing Co. R&D Brewer Trace Redmond and Marketing Guru Eeva Redmond made the drive from Asheville to join us at the studio. We talk about keeping it classic while meeting the changing demands of craft beer fans, sample some of the new stuff coming out of the brewery, and get a bit geeky about yeast.
Next week: Atlanta’s own Ale Sharpton. If you don’t know Ale, you should. He’s a craft beer fan, foodie, car and music fanatic, and he spends his time writing and talking about all of his favorite things. We’ll see what Ale’s been up to and get his take on some craft beers.
