Coming Up from Beer Guys Radio

This week we talk with Knoxville’s Elkmont Exchange.  Head Brewer Chris Meadows joins us to chat about their creative brewing and sour beer program, heavy metal collaborations, their unique brewhouse, and their impressive charcuterie program.  We’re also joined by Justin and Elizabeth Crandall of Hop Soul Brewery, coming soon to Brunswick, GA.

Next week, we’re chatting with coastal Georgia’s new hotness, Two Tides Brewing.  These guys are making waves in Savannah with their fruited sour beers and tasty IPAs.  Their little brewery focuses on small batches and they’re only available in limited markets, but I think we’ll see more of them in the future.
