This week we’re joined by Harris Stewart of Trim Tab Brewing. Harris talks about the method he took to go from a 30-barrel brewhouse to a 330-barrel brewhouse, why his tasting room is called a “Tasting Gallery”, some thoughts on the Big Beer vs. Craft Beer drama, and he reveals the next market Trim Tab will expand into.
Next week we’ll be joined by Savannah River Brewing Co. The Beer Guys are on the road again this weekend with a trip to Augusta. We’ll visit the breweries and beer bars there and sit down with Savannah River Brewing Co. at their taproom to talk shop.
