This week we’ll chat with The BeeCraft Mead Company. We’re no experts on mead but we know what we like and we love to learn more about fermented beverages. Derek Piper and Tom Dilbeck join us to talk about raising their own honey, making mead, and pairing mead with food while sharing some of their honey wine.
