Quickly setting into motion the development of Printer’s Ale Manufacturing Company. They’ve had some limited distribution in the metro Atlanta area, and their taproom just opened in Carrollton. Smith, who has a printing background (hence the name), brought in Eliot Hall to run the business and Brian Quinn to brew the beer. Right now, they have nine beers on tap, and plan on developing more, including barrel aging some beers.
