Columbus Craft Beer Bash

Columbus Craft Beer Bash returns for 2018 with a focus on Georgia beer, food, and music

Middle Georgia doesn’t have to spend this Cinco de Mayo sipping macro Mexican lagers and eating tacos. (It’s cool if you still eat tacos.)  The Columbus Craft Beer Bash returns for 2018 with a focus on all things Georgia.  The tap list keeps growing with 28+ Georgia breweries planning to attend and tapping over 100 beers, many making their first appearance in the area.  The breweries’ core beers will be available but many plan to offer limited and one-off beers for the event.  Georgia favorites such as Cherry Street, Monday Night, Orpheus, and Scofflaw will be pouring as well new ones such as Akademia Brewing out of Athens and Carrollton’s Printers Ale Manufacturing.

Georgia Food

You’re going to need something to eat with all that awesome beer so check out one of the food vendors at the festival.  Cerrone’s Brick Oven Pizzeria, Famous Nate’s Food Truck, Bare Roots Farmacy, and Trevioli Italian Kitchen will all be offering up foods for purchase.  Organizer Jon Dicesaris tells us they’re working hard to keep food prices reasonable to make the event affordable for everyone.  Tickets are only $25 if purchased before April 23rd and allows you unlimited samples of all the beers at the event, as long as you don’t start acting a fool.

Cerrone's Pizza
Cerrone’s Brick Over Pizzeria will be offering up their pizza at the event. Do yourself a favor and grab a slice.

Georgia Music, Georgia Charities

Local favorite Dustin Castellow Band will be the headlining act at the festival.  Castellow won a local competition for American Idol which sent him to the front of the line for show auditions in Omaha, NE.  Exit 12 will also perform at the event cranking out some classic rock favorites.

Columbus Craft Beer Bash has partnered with Paws Humane and a portion of the proceeds will go to the organization.  It’s a win-win.  You get awesome craft beer and you help support a good cause.  You should have a beer to celebrate how awesome you are.

Cherry Street Brewing
Sample beers from Cherry Street Brewing Co-op and over 25 other Georgia breweries.
