Known for their big beers and bold creations, Owner Scott Hedeen talks about their newest creation – the 2015 Noggin Knocker. The popular Egg Nog Rum Aged Milk Stout will be officially released at their event on Friday 11/27. We got to sample it, and it certainly delivers. . The nutmeg really hits you at first sniff, and the mouth feel of the lactose in the milk stout makes this a bold, big, drinkable release.
Scott also talks about his next release – the Courageous Conductor Red Velvet Porter.
Oh, and finally, big plans are in the works for their anniversary party in April.
