Second Self Beer Co. joins us in the studio. Jason Santamaria (Beer Architect) and Chris Doyle (Alchemist) join us to talk about Second Self’s new Maverick & Gose as well as their grand re-opening of their expanded brewery and tasting room. We chat about their process for creating recipes, their other beer offerings, and what we’ll see from them in the future. Steve Farace from SweetWater talks with us about the recent heist at their brewery and what consumers can do to help out. We’re also joined by Craig Gonciarczyk from the ABV Chicago podcast and he tells us about trying to figure out Georgia’s brewery laws and how it compares to the Chicago beer scene, he even brought some Chicago beers to share.
