Coming Up from Beer Guys Radio

Oyster City Brewing company is the first, and only, brewery in the little coastal town of Apalachicola, Florida.  Visitors wanted a local beer, and since there was no other options, the owners of the neighborhood bar decided to start one.  This week we talk with Head Brewer Clayton Mathis about the brewery’s roots, brewing with unique ingredients, hammer throwing, and smoked fish dip.

Next week we’re talking Oktoberfest and German Beers.  We’ll have Ryan and Jamey from Arches Brewing in the studio with us to share their beer and some info on traditional German brewing.  Plus, we’ll try a handful of American takes Marzen and share our favorites.
