This week we’re talking with Bob Sandage of Wrecking Bar Brewpub and Wrecking Barn Farm. We’ll talk with Bob about what’s new at Wrecking Bar and how the law change allowing him to sell canned beers has impacted his business. We talk about his future plans at Wrecking Barn Farm and why farm-to-table isn’t just a cliché. Plus we talk beer fests and the haze craze, and what’s on the horizon in craft beer.
Next week we’ll be joined by Harris Stewart of Trim Tab Brewing. A recent addition to shelves and tap handles in Atlanta, Trim Tab is a popular destination for Birmingham beer geeks. From their tart Paradise Now fruited Berliner to the Language of Thunder Stouts, their brewing up some awesome beers.
