Luminous Brewhouse Pretzels and Beer

Luminous Brewhouse is helping introduce their small town to craft beer

Although they weren’t the first brewery in town, Luminous Brewhouse is still helping to introduce a lot of non-craft drinkers to craft beer.  It wasn’t that long ago that your typical macro lagers were the only game in town, and plenty of folks are just fine with that.  With just 18,000 people Sheridan, Wyoming is home to three breweries.  Impressive.

Co-founder Cooley Butler and General Manager Jonny Law (yes, his real name.. well, Jonathan Law) joined is this week to talk about what’s popular in their area, utilizing local ingredients, and tell us all about the Chilluminati.
