Beer and cheese pairing with Bernard McKoy from Brick Store Pub. Bernard is the man behind BSP’s monthly cheese pairings. He joins us in the studio this week to share some general pairing tips, what to look for when pairing beer and cheese, and we sample a few cheeses with various beers and share our thoughts. This was a really fun (and tasty) show and Bernard is a wealth of knowledge or pairing beer and food.
Next week: We’re talking gluten-free beers with Holidaily Brewing. We did non-alcoholic beers a few weeks ago and this week we’re talking gluten-free, because everyone should be able to enjoy a tasty craft beer. Holidaily’s “Chief Brewista” Karen Hertz will join us to share her story and info on her brewery.
