We talk with San Jose, California’s Camino Brewing Co. Co-founder and Director of Brewing Operations Nathan Poulos joins us this week to talk about how his journey down the Camino de Santiago inspires his brewery and the “trip” he plans with his beers throughout 2019. We also talk about the popularity (and unpopularity) of Brut IPAs, and we ponder whether Alabama or Clemson will win the championship this year.
Next week: We’ll talk with Chase Medlin from Chamblee’s Contrast Artisan Ales. Contrast is one of Georgia’s newest breweries and they’ve just recently opened a sexy taproom in a growing area. Go check ’em out.
