This week we talk with Upland Brewing Co. from Bloomington, IN.  Upland recently celebrated their 20th anniversary and are gearing up to open a new taproom in Indianapolis.  We chat about their clean and sour beer programs as well as making more approachable sour beers, hazy IPAs (of course), kombucha, and the importance of sensory tasting panels.
