This week we’re talking with Kalamazoo, Michigan’s Arcadia Ales.  Founded in 1996, for nearly 20 years Arcadia brewed via open fermenters with a single house yeast strain.  Director of Sales Steffan Phillippo joins us to discuss their unique brewing background, their collaboration with rock legends Motörhead, Michigan cherries, and making mead.  Local artist Catlanta stopped by the studio as well to share a very unique Icelandic beer and give a bit of info on an awesome collaboration with Beer Guys Radio.

Next week, Fremont Brewing founder and CEO Matt Lincecum joins us to talk about his Seattle brewery.
