This Week in Georgia Beer | Oct. 28 – Nov. 3, 2016
This Week on Beer Guys Radio
We chat with Arches Brewing! Ryan Folgegren and Jamey Adams joined us in the studio this week to take about their brewery on the Southside of Atlanta in Hapeville. We discuss their approach to offer mostly classic beer styles (they don’t even have an IPA!) and why seasonal brewing is important to them. We dive a bit into the importance of water chemistry and how why they build their water profile specifically for each beer they brew. Of course we had to sample some of their brews and their were kind enough to bring a huge assortment and we enjoyed them all.
Next week we’ll talk with Eventide Brewing! Co-founder Haley Cowan will join us in the studio to chat about her brewery in Grant Park and all about their beers, including some great seasonal offerings.
