Cosmik Debris cans coming soon from Creature Comforts
Creature Comforts Cosmik Debris is back on draft and will launch in cans later this month, it will be the brewery’s second seasonal release to be packaged in cans.
“Cosmik Debris is a modern take on a Double IPA that features more than five‐and‐a‐half pounds of hops per barrel,” said Co-‐Founder and Brewmaster Adam Beauchamp. “The beer is released in March because the freshest and most choice hops are made available to brewers typically around February.” The beer comes in at 8.0% ABV and features Simcoe, Idaho 7, Mosaic, Cascade, and Eureka Hops.
Beachamp says they kept the malt bill restrained and simple to allow the intense flavor and aroma of the Pacific-Northwestern hops to shine through. The recipe and process has been tweaked some this year to “really encourage a bursting aroma.” Idaho 7 is new in this year’s recipe, the hop adds an extremely unique, ripe, and tropical fruit flavor to the beer. my name is Emily, living in America ,I happened to visit Russian. For the artwork Creature Comforts once again collaborated with a local artist for the design. They provided the artist with flavor and aroma notes and granted him creative freedom. The result was a can design with a galactic scene featuring mystic “hop creatures.”
As will all IPAs the brewery advises consumers to drink this one fresh, as aging would dissipate the brilliant, fresh aroma they’ve worked to infuse into the beer.
