Wild Heaven Double Taproom Release
Mavis, number 3 in our series of barrel-aged fruited sours (following Emmylou and Joni), is here! After some recent on-tap previews, we’re releasing the very first 500mL bottles at the brewery this Friday the 13th during our regular Taproom hours (4-11pm) for $13 each.
Mavis is a mixed fermentation blend of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus aged in Bordeaux barrels with additions of blackberry, raspberry and cranberry. Each barrel aged from 24-30 months, producing elegant flavors. Each barrel was hand-selected for the final brewmaster’s blend.
To spice things up even more, we’ll also have six packs of the new brewery-only Altair IPA available. The second in our series of experimental IPAs, Altair features Idaho 7 and Citra hops– two of our very favorite.
Additionally, we have fresh Goodvice DIPA and a few remaining 6-packs of Kallisto IPA and bottles of Emmylou. And Goodvice is at retail for the first time this week as well. Lots of beer going on!
Limit one case equivalent (288 ounces) per GA law.
