Repeal of Prohibition Day Party
On Dec. 5, 1932, the 72nd Congress agreed to delete the 18th Amendment to the US Constitution. With that move, the arduous era of Prohibition promptly ended.
Eighty-five years later, we’re still celebrating this momentous day. Tonight, all of you are invited to join us for a blow (that’s 1920s slang for “wild party”) sure to be the cat’s meow, the bee’s knees and a flat-out blast, no matter what you call it. Our first annual Repeal of Prohibition Day Party will turn the brewpub into a speakeasy with historic cocktails, delicious beer and highly encouraged period attire.
Come on in and grab a bite, a pint, some sips and we’ll make it a roaring good time!
