Reformation Nolan IPA

Reformation Brewery partners with Wander North Georgia for year-round, rotating IPA series

In partnership with lifestyle company Wander North Georgia, Woodstock’s Reformation Brewery will release Nolan The Wanderer IPA this Spring.  Debuting the first week of April at Reformation’s Keeping Room, Nolan will be available on draft and in 12-ounce cans across Georgia.

The series will feature a unique hop, malt, and process with each release.  Adventure #001 is the first offering in the series showcasing a Simcoe dry-hopped American IPA with a 7.2% ABV.  The beer features “notes of marmalade, grapefruit and sap amid a chewy malt background.”  Nolan will replace Atlas in Reformation’s year-round lineup, which will continue to be available on draft at the brewery.

Wander North Georgia is focused on the North Georgia communities and mountains with a storefront in downtown Clayton, GA.  Their website offers information and items focusing on an outdoor lifestyle and their popular Instagram account shares images from them as well as the community using the #wandernorthga hashtag.

We are thrilled to partner with Wander North Georgia and have their authentic, wandering spirit along for this journey,” said Spencer Nix, CEO and co-founder of Reformation Brewery. “We both share a love for North Georgia and passion to have a lasting value in our community that goes beyond our day-to-day business and this co-branded beer is just the beginning of bringing our community a taste of that very real commitment.”

While some of Reformation’s beer names are inspired by real-life characters, the brewery strives to build values and vision around these characters and let consumers build their own stories. As part of Reformation’s long-term growth strategy, Nolan is another persona in a family of beers on a journey to “set beer free.” Inspired by the famous quote “not all who wander are lost,” Nolan The Wanderer seeks to reform expectations around the ways IPA is defined and sets out to explore the world’s variety of hops, malts, and processes to bring unique experiences to consumers.
