This Week on Beer Guys Radio

Georgia Beer

We’re talking with Brick Store Pub!  We joined the Brick Store for their 20th Anniversary last weekend and between enjoying the awesome beers they had on tap we got cozy in the beer cellar and chatted with owners Dave Blanchard and Mike Gallagher as well as past and present beer managers about the last 20 years, brewing 20 collaboration beers around the world, and their 7th, 9th, and 11th most memorable moments.

Next week we’re talking Food & Beer Pairing!  Tom Moran from Roswell’s The Peach & The Porkchop will join us in the studio to share some info on pairing your beers with delicious food.  He’ll share some general pairing advice and we’ll sample a few dishes with his suggested pairings. We’re gonna educate you, whether you like it or not.
