This Week on Beer Guys Radio

Georgia Beer

We’re talking with Phantom Horse Brewing!  Skip Welsh joins us in the studio this week to talk about his young (they just turned 1!) brewpub in NW Georgia.  We chat about bringing craft beer to an area that isn’t particularly a craft beer place, paying attention to water chemistry, brewing approachable beers, and beer cocktails.  Plus, Producer Joey drops some hot rhymes.

Next week we’ll talk with Brick Store Pub!  20 years ago three friends decided to open a pub in Decatur.  Today it’s a highly regarded destination for beer geeks from all over the world, garnering the top spot on many “Best Of” lists.  We’ll talk with the owners, past employees, and long time superfans about this iconic gathering place.

Listen to Beer Guys Radio every Saturday in Atlanta at 1:00 PM Eastern on AM 920 or Sunday at 6:00 AM on Biz 1190.  If you’re in Alabama you can catch the show live at 1:00 PM Central on 92.9 FM / 1450 AM in Huntsville or 94.7 FM / 1490 AM in Decatur  We’re also streaming live on our website, iHeartRadio, or TuneIn.  Can’t catch the live show?  That’s cool, we’ve got you covered.  All past shows are available on-demand on our site or your favorite podcasting app.
