We’re at Topgolf Midtown chatting Spring beers with SweetWater and Ale Sharpton! We got a full dose of what Spring weather is all about during this week’s show. Trees were snapping, it was raining sideways, and we were thunderstruck in more ways than one. However, that didn’t stop us from sharing a few beers with friends and talking about the changing weather bringing new beers out. Some say it’s the season to put away your 12% barrel-aged stouts, those people are crazy, but if you must there’s a great variety of Pale Ales, IPAs, saisons, wheat beers, goses to take care of your needs.
Our road tripping continues with Akademia Brewing at Tinypalooza! We’ll be taping next week’s show this Saturday at Lincoln Fill Station’s Tinypalooza 2.5. Brad and Tiny put on a great event and we’ll chat with them and an upcoming brewery that’s been previewing their beer at a few selection locations, Akademia. SB85 HAS PASSED THE SENATE!
BIG update this week with the passage of SB85 in the Georgia Senate. The bill is now off to Governor Deal for a signature and once signed it will go into effect on September 1st. For the full story, take a look right here.
