We’re talking to The Southern Brewing Co.! Owner Brian Roth joined us in the studio to talk about his Athens brewery. We covered community collaborations, farm to pint initiatives, wild yeast cultivation, 90s Alt rock bands, and much more. We were also joined in the studio by Tyler Nelson of Green Flash / Alpine – Tyler joined in our conversation with Brian and you’ll hear more from Tyler in the near future. Tyler and Brian both brought some amazing beers, so we had quite a time in the studio this week. I think this is one of our best shows yet.
Next week we’ve got a super-special show… we’ll be hanging out at Wild Heaven as they brew a collaboration brew with Cigar City. We’ll chat with Eric Johnson and Wayne Wambles about the collaboration and more.
