If you’re passionate about craft beer you are most likely familiar with Brick Store Pub.  If you’re not familiar with them you need to rectify that.  A fixture of the Atlanta beer scene for nearly 20 years, the pub has earned an excellent reputation (as well as many awards) for their dedication to craft beer and to their community

This weekend the pub hosted their first CellarFest. Many other beer fests sell hundreds or even thousands of tickets but in order to keep CellarFest more intimate it was limited to just 150, which sold out quickly at $60.00 each.  Beer Manager Ryan Skinner selected nearly 1,000 bottles to offer a variety of carefully aged beers for attendees.  Selections varied from a couple of years old to more than 10 years old and included a mix of stouts, barleywines, gueuzes, lambics, saisons, and more. minnesota fake ids that scan.  One of my personal favorites was a 2009 North Coast Old Stock Ale Cellar Reserve, which aged beautifully and maintained it’s rich and complex flavors.

Ryan tells us they’ll definitely do this again, perhaps in 8 months to a year, so if you missed out this time make sure to be on the lookout for the next event.  For your viewing pleasure here’s a quick video with Ryan at the start of the event as well as some photos we took at the festival.
